From the windows you can see a fantastic picturesque panorama- Odessa in greens of Parks, and the Black sea on horizon. This apartment is located in green area, Pioneer street, 15 minutes walk to the sea beach and entertainment center ARKADIA. There is a 24/7 parking near the apartment, market and a super-market in a few minutes of walking from it. Across the street there is a park.

Price per night: USD 60.

Price per night from June till September: USD 70.

Booking: Non-refundable prepayment of 1 night of rent is needed for reservation.

Cancellation Policy: In case of not arrival, cancel reservation, change arrival date reservation prepayment is not refundable. If after checking in you change your plans and decide to leave earlier ( stay less days then reserved), you have to pay half of rental price for those days you reserved but do not stay.

Check-in, Check-out: Check -in time - 13pm (13:00), Check out time - 12pm (12:00)  
Early check-in would be charged the full apartment rate.  
Late check-out till 20.00 would be charged half apartment rate, after 20.00 - the full apartment rate. Late check-out available if this apartment has not reservation on this date.

Important: If the length of your stay is one (1) night, the price automatically is +$ 10.If the length of your stay is two - three (2-3) nights, the price automatically is +$ 5 per night.
